Put a few drops of jasmine essential oils in a diffuser for aromatherapy, it has a great effect on your mental health and leaving your space feeling wonderful. Antidepressants, aphrodisiacs, and sedatives are all common uses for jasmine.
How to use it?
For home fragrance, apply a few drops on a cotton ball and place in a corner of the room. Refresh the cotton as needed. Can also be used as a diffuser oil by combining a few drops with water in an essential oil burner.
For skin, hair, and body: Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut, almond, or sesame). Add 1 or 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of carrier oil and mix thoroughly. Not intended for use directly on the skin. Keep away from the eyes. For exterior use only.
