Shipping Policy

When Do you Ship the products?

We do a quality check of the product and ship most of the products next day. We pack our products with at most care. we ship our products through Shiprocket, Delhivery and Professional courier. 

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, Home krafter doesn't ship items outside of India. However, you can make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your international credit or debit cards issued in India.

When will I get my Product?

As soon as the product is shipped we will mail you your tracking id and the shipping time will vary according to the destination. Usually shipping takes around minimum 2 days- maximum 7 days to reach you

Return & Exchange Policy

What do I do if I get a damaged/ defective or incorrect product?

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product

  • Manufacturing Defect

  • Incorrect Product

The time frame for return starts 48 hours from the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

Kindly send us 2 images (one of damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product to ascertain the reason for return which can be initiated by sending mail customercare@homekrafter.in 

The product cant be returned after using the products and
Product should be returned with original  packing. 

If replacement of the product is not possible, refund with be intiated within 5 working days.
