For skin, hair, and body: Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut, almond, or sesame). Add 1 or 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of carrier oil and mix thoroughly. Not intended for use directly on the skin. Keep away from the eyes. For exterior use only.
For Aromatherapy :Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser for a calming, refreshing environment.
